Raster #1 (TU Graz)

At my University, the TU Graz, there are several poster walls, stuffed with ugly posters.
I descided to do something with one of these walls. First I created some kind of op-art pattern
with black and white circles, prited it out on DIN A3 sheets and tiled it together with glue.
The pice is giving some really nice optical effects when you are passing it with different speed,
it’s also producing a morree effect on digital cameras when you try to make a picture of it.

It’s been a while that I’ve discarded some old shelves made of metal. Since I liked the format of the ground-flats I used it as painting ground for some geometrical abstract paintings I was in at this time. What I like is the shinyness and the mirror effect: It seems they interact with the room through their surface…

Scripting on Cardboard

I bet some of you could script that it in Processing, Lisp or what ever. You will have to think about arrays, variables and classes. For 600 EUR/square meter I offer a little mediation and draw your script on white cardboard in thise loose and crumpy style …:-).
